To measure yourself for a corset you need to grab a tape measure and stand in front of a mirror, Take the tape measure and wrap it tightly around your chest, just under your breast and up against your back. Make sure the tape measure is flat across the back and is parallel to the floor. If the number on your tape measurement is even, add 4 inches to the number, to get your band size. If the measurement number is odd, add 5 inches, to get your band size.
