Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order
received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns
must be reported and returned within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Most items purchased from Peekaboofashion.com can
be exchanged or returned within 5 days of the order date FREE OF CHARGE.

Manufacturer defective merchandise can be returned
to us within 10 days of the order date at no additional charges.

Peek-a Boo Fashions is responsible for restocking
fees or shipping charges back to you if it is our mistake in color, size or
others.

The merchandise must be in new, unworn condition,
unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

We refund your money - prices of the products only
- if reported withing 5 days and returned within 10 days .

We do not refund shipping, handling, and insurance
expenses if you return the order.

We do not refund mail postage expenses.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs
while washing your products. We recommend HAND
WASH.

However, even though we are very customer
oriented, there are still limitations on some returns as well as up to a 25%
restocking fee that can apply.

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch (ie:
thongs, panties, boy shorts, tap pants, etc.) can not be returned.

For health and safety reasons, we do not exchange
panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items. We recommend
you select these items with care, precision, and the right size.

For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn
items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is
necessary to determine if it fits.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped UPS or Fedex
within 1-2 business days unless the item ordered is on backorder. You will be
notified if an item ordered is on backorder. You will have the option of
removing that item from your order or waiting for it to come in. Backordered
items will ship as soon as they become available.

What is your return policy?
Merchandise may be returned for
exchange or store credit within 7 days from the time you receive your order.
A Return Authorization number is required. This number becomes your store
credit transaction ID so please do not return merchandise without getting
one. Contact us for a return authorization number and return shipping
address. The return shipping address is not the same as our business
offices. Orders returned to us without a return authorization number
will not be accepted. **Hosiery, stockings, pantyhose, panties,
thongs, and G Strings or items with panties, thongs, and G strings, BY LAW,
are not returnable. Store credit is not available for costumes. Costumes
are size exchange only .

do I pay for my order?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and money orders.

Why was my credit card declined?
The most common reason for a credit
card to be declined is "AVS Mismatch". The order form requires the credit
card billing address. The billing address is the address at which you receive
your credit card statement of bill.

I don’t want to use a credit card. How do I
place an order?
You can pay with a money order.
Print the order page. Be sure to include the additional amount for shipping
in your total. We will also need your shipping address, email address and
telephone number so that we can contact you about your order if necessary.

What do you do with my personal information?
Your personal information is only
used for processing and shipping your order. Credit card numbers are
automatically deleted from our system after 30 days. We do not send
unsolicited email.

All lingerie is returnable for
exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt. All products must be unworn,
unwashed and in the original condition you received it, including tags

1- email us for a Return Authorization (RA). Returns without a RA may be
delayed.
Step 2- Return
your item to the address we provide. Be sure to include a note telling us what
you want done -
different size, different color, etc...Items are returnable for exchange
